A former North Carolina Firefighter, College Athlete turned Ace Certified Personal Trainer and Gym Owner, Tony has found continued success in the fitness industry for over a decade by combining a comfortable personal training atmosphere with goal driven, high intensity personal training programs. Married to his high school sweetheart of 13 years Rachel, his Team of 3 consists of Rachel, himself, and their 6 year old corgi, Frankie.
Frankie Paternoster
The star of the show, Frankie is our 6 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi and EL1TE Performance's official Team Mascot. Tony's sole co-worker on staff, he's become our official door greeter, where he offers top tier Tug-of-War and post workout cuddles daily.
